I stayed with my family for 1 night. The check-in was smooth, and the staff was so friendly, like they actually cared about our comfort. The housekeepers were on point. The manager handled our requests like a pro, not something you see everywhere.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain but for what we got, it was still reasonable.

The room was super clean, and we were delighted to find the A.C. running on a hot summer afternoon. Plus, it’s just a quick 40-minute drive to Carowinds amusement park, making it perfect for family outings.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly snacks available.
